After licensing the brand for many years, Kids II acquired Taggies® in 2011.
Following the acquisition, there was a desire to update the look and feel of the brand to better convey the brand’s key equities of softness and playfulness, while still giving nod to the brand’s homespun origins and highlighting its key benefit: Taggies ribbons!
